The first assessment session is £40. This will be partly an information gathering session and it is also your opportunity to find out about therapy, what therapy involves and what you can expect from the counselling process. You can then decide if you feel comfortable enough to continue with more sessions.

All subsequent sessions will be £60 for a one hour session.

Payments should be made in cash on the day of the session or by bank transfer 24 hours before the session.

I work from an office in Loughton which is a three minute walk from Loughton undergound station and accesable by bus.
