How I Work

Person Centered

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Psychodynamic

Using the core conditions of person centred theory, which are empathy, congruence and being non-judgemental, I facilitate you to explore and utilise your own strengths and personal identity.

This is a goal- oriented and practical approach to problem solving. The goal is to change patterns of thinking or behaviour that are behind a person’s difficulties and so change the way they feel.

The goals of psychodynamic approach are a person’s self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behaviour.
